STEP 1. Basic Information (All fields are required)
We are planning to serve a free pizza dinner on Friday evening from about 5pm to 10pm. We need to know how many people will be arriving and what time.
We are planning to have an early Monday afternoon activity that will last until about 2pm.
Your address is required so we can issue you a refund in the event that we have to cancel the weekend.
If you are planning to stay at the Hyatt Place Hotel, please let us know below how many roommates you want. We need everyone to stay at this hotel so we can get the best rates on the meeting rooms. Each room has two queen beds and a queen size sofa sleeper. Rates per night are $67.00 (We can assist you in finding the roommates you need.) STEP 2. Make your deposit payment-PLEASE NOTE: ALL MONEY PAID UP TO THIS TIME AND IN THE FUTURE IS NOW NON-REFUNDABLE. THE EVENT WILL NOT BE CANCELED.
$50 Deposit is due now.
This deposit will cover the cost for the facilities and many other miscellaneous costs. We need to get at least 60 to 70 to go forward with this event. So please pass the word on and get others to sign up and pay the deposit by the May deadline.
We will hold all funds until then. If we do not get the minimum number of guests, we will refund your money.
